The Carroll County SCD offers up the five $500.00 scholarships each year. These scholarships are open to all Carroll County TN students planning to major and pursue a career in Agriculture. The Carroll County Soil Conservation District Scholarships are available to a graduating senior who plans to enroll in a college or university by Fall 2021.
