The State of Tennessee has a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with USDA-NRCS and local county governments whereby each provides a critical component of District and NRCS offices. Most times District staff and NRCS staff work side-by-side serving the District. District law states what the district can and cannot do.  We appreciate all the hard work our partners bring to the office and conservation.
