District boards were set up to create a mechanism for the federal government to work with private landowners. Districts focus largely on educating and partnering with private landowners, farmers to promote erosion control techniques. Each district is led by the local board of supervisors and three are elected. District Secretaries are put in place to promote and help the board and partners with these tasks.

Donna has been employed with the district Since May 2018. She was born in Milan TN. She is a Hometown Huntingdon TN native. Before coming to work for the district Donna had a background in the Medical field for 16 years. Donna responsibilites include assisting customers on daily basis, financial management, meeting coordinator, annual reporting & helping partner staff, among other day to day office tasks.
