The Carroll County SWCD board of Supervisors gives an  Scholarship to a  Carroll County Graduating senior who will be attending a university or technical school majoring in Agriculture or Agriculture field.

We are requesting that the student attach a copy of their high school transcript to the application, along with a completed application. Letters of recommendation are also acceptable.
